Bernard

I really like how this one came out.

The pose is inspired by a sculpt of Namor. I was always impressed by how the sculpture gave so much confidence to the character just by placing a lot of weight on one of the legs. I tried to replicate the same idea with this image of Bernard, only he’s not coming down some mythical wave, just a set of stairs in some ruined temple. Of course, as a homage to the original, Bernard is also carrying a trident.
